All our orders are posted Tracked 48 as standard now. Please state a safe place for your package to be left in case it doesn't fit through your letterbox. You can upgrade to Tracked 24 if this is preferable. Tracked 48 should arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch. Tracked 24 within 1-2 days.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note that once a proof has been agreed on a custom or personalised item, your order will be processed and cannot be cancelled at this point.

Cake Topper Details
All our cake toppers are made from high quality, low-shed coloured, glitter or metallic card and are double-sided as standard.
They are presented on a 15 cm food safe bamboo stick. If you'd prefer a clear acrylic stick please select this when ordering.
Our toppers are beautifully and hygienically packaged on a card backing in a biodegradable cellophane bag.
We post everything in a sturdy card-backed ‘please do not bend’ envelope.
