Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders WITHIN 48 HOURS of your order being placed (standard items) or from when your proof is approved (personalised or customised orders). If your order is urgent please let us know when it is required and we'll make sure we let you know how long it will take to dispatch.
Complex designs or commissions may take longer to process.
Delivery
All our orders are delivered through Royal Mail, using first class post as standard. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, there may still be delays with this service. We can't guarantee delivery for a certain date and can only issue a refund for missing/lost orders 10 working days from the date of the expected delivery. Please do contact us though if your order hasn't arrived in good time.

Special Delivery - guaranteed next day delivery by 4pm - is available Monday - Thursday and Saturday, for orders placed BEFORE 10am. PLEASE CHECK WITH US before selecting this option to make sure we can dispatch same day.

Special Delivery SATURDAY - guaranteed next day delivery - is available on Friday. Royal Mail charge a premium for this service. Again, see above for dispatch information.
