A one-off fee for design work.
Once your design is finalised, it will be kept on file for easy re-ordering at the standard list price.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note that once a proof has been agreed on a custom or personalised item, your order will be processed and cannot be cancelled at this point.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads

We will email a proof to you as soon as possible. Please check your email junk box if you haven't received a proof.
